Your real complaint seems to be with the pricing as indicated by Lisa in the previous complaint which does not seem fair due to the fact that we made accommodations for the additional hair services requested and still met your timeline. I am sure you were offered hot tea, coffee or water located in the seating area. Synergy Spa, Aesthetics & Wellness along with Collins & Franklin Plastic Surgery offer a state of the art Plastic Surgery Center with private operating room. Our prices are actually below pricing at other salons on the resort island. The prices for formal styles is $80.00 and up.

I understand that everyone was very pleased with their hair until they had to pay. She has indicated that there were originally only three wedding styles to be performed between 12:00 and 3:00. I have spoken to the stylist that performed the services for your group.
I see that your group has posted several complaints regarding the services and the prices. Sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the services that you received.
